ABOUT THE PASTOR
Dr. Martez S. Warren Sr. is a pastor, licensed therapist, author, community leader, educator, and advocate dedicated to spiritual development, community transformation, and youth empowerment. With a passion for both ministry and public service, Dr. Warren has committed his life to helping individuals discover healing, purpose, and personal growth. In ministry, Dr. Warren serves at The Church Without Walls Ministries, where he is actively involved in discipleship, leadership development, teaching, and community outreach initiatives. His work emphasizes liberation, spiritual formation, and holistic ministry that addresses both spiritual and practical needs within the community. He has also worked to develop support groups, discipleship pathways, and outreach programs designed to strengthen individuals and families. Dr. Warren is also the author of three books: From the Hood 2 the Pulpit, Level Up, and A chURch Without Walls, all of which reflect his passion for financial liberation, transformation, faith, leadership, and authentic ministry. Beyond in-house ministry assignments, Dr. Warren is deeply engaged in community service and intervention efforts throughout the state of Michigan and abroad. He works closely with local organizations, educational institutions, and law enforcement agencies to help bridge relationships between the community and public safety. His work includes mentoring youth, empowering adults, facilitating conflict resolution and emotional wellness groups, and developing violence prevention and restorative engagement initiatives. Dr. Warren also serves in community engagement and co-responder efforts connected to identifying driver's of crime and public safety initiatives. His work with individuals involved in the justice system includes leading group discussions focused on emotional regulation, decision-making, conflict resolution, accountability, case management, and personal growth. Dr. Warren has been married to Natasha Warren for 24 years. Together, they are the proud parents of four children and grandparents of four grandchildren. Through both ministry and secular leadership, Dr. Warren continues to advocate for healing, restoration, education, and positive community transformation while empowering others to lead lives of purpose and impact.
